Hire
We require photographic ID in the form of a UK driving licence OR UK passport which we will take copies and retain. We also require 2 forms proving your home address. These can be a utility bill, council tax bill, HMRC document, bank statement that is not more than 2 months old. If this is not provided then the hire can not be released. These copies will be destroyed once the equipment is returned and checked.
The minimum hire charge is 24 hrs and there is no timescale for the length a hire can be. The longer a hire is for the daily hire rate would be reduced. Contact us with the dates and we will come back with a quote.
You as the hirer are responsible for any damage, loss or theft of equipment and liable for replacement or repair costs.
If a hire is cancelled within 7 days before the event then 50% of fee is payable, within 48 hours 100% of the hire fee is payable.
Yes, when you book your hire we require a 25% non refundable deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of hire unless you have a credit account with us.
yes, If you need us to deliver then there would be a charge to cover travel costs. This is offered at your time of enquiry and we would simply need the address and timings to calculate delivery charge.
Yes, collections are usually Mon-Fri 10am-6pm and Sat 10am-1pm however we can can arrange alternative times so simply ask when enquiring.
Some items do however the majority do not, however we have provided links on the product pages to download the manuals or there is a Youtube video to help. If any of the equipment on hire is too complicated for an untrained person then we would normally not hire the equipment without an technician.

Yes all our equipment is PAT tested yearly. If a venue you are using requires you to produce a PAT certificate for the equipment we can provide this for you at a charge of £6 inc-vat. We would provide you with a digital PDF version and printed off when collecting the hire. This needs to be ask for in advance of the hire date.
Yes as part of the equipment hire cost we would provide the cables required that are classed as accessories. Additional cables would be chargeable.
Yes we can deliver and set up any equipment that you have hired at an additional cost.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple pay or bank transfer or pay hire invoices online through our payment portal
Yes, when you hire from us we can provide you with the CH38 licence if required by the venue. This covers up to 12 units at no additional charge. If you have more than this we can get additional licences from Ofcom at an additional charge which depends on the location and how many additional radio mics are required.
1 Day hires are required to be returned the following day between 10am-1pm. For example if you collect on a Friday at 12pm then the hire would be due to be returned on the Saturday between 10am-1pm however we can be flexible depending if that equipment is going back out on the hire that day.
