If you do not have an item in stock how long until avaible?
Some brands are located in the UK so we can usually get the item the following day if ordered before 2pm. Some brands are located in mainland Europe and takes approx 3 working days.
What are the delivery options?
We offer next day delivery, standard 2-3 days deliver or collection from our unit in Glasgow city centre. We also offer pallet deliveries depending on the size of order.
Does used/ex-rental sales come with a warranty?
Yes, all used/ex-rental sales come with at least a 30 day warranty depending on the item.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple pay or bank transfer or pay hire invoices online through our payment portal
Can you set up the equipment for me?
Yes we can deliver and set up any equipment that you have hired at an additional cost.
Do you provide cables with the hires?
Yes as part of the equipment hire cost we would provide the cables required that are classed as accessories. Additional cables would be chargeable.
Is all the equipment PAT tested and certificate provided?
Yes all our equipment is PAT tested yearly. If a venue you are using requires you to produce a PAT certificate for the equipment we can provide this for you at a charge of £6 [...]

Can I collect the hire from your warehouse?
Yes, collections are usually Mon-Fri 10am-6pm and Sat 10am-1pm however we can can arrange alternative times so simply ask when enquiring.
