Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes, depending on the installation we will offer monthly, quarterly or yearly maintenance schedule. This is different for each installation and can be discussed at the time of quoting.
Do you provide RAMS and other install documentation?
Yes, simply mention this is required at the initial site visit or meeting.
Do you offer training after the installation?
Yes, as part of the the installation quote we will include training of how to use the equipment.
Does the installation come with a warranty?
Yes, the installation will come with a 12 month warranty from faults including the equipments standard manufactures warranty.
Will you do a site visit?
Yes, we would visit the venue to discuss requirements and assess the venue for the quote.
