Our Returns Policy
If you are looking for a refund or to return an item that you have purchased from us then first of all “thank you” for buying from AudioCP and we will help you to make returns and refunds as straight forward as possible for you. Below are a few things you need to know:
Can I return an Item I have Purchased?
We offer refunds on unopened products if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to cancel the order. If you then return the items back to us within 14 days of informing us of your cancelation a refund will be processed by the payment method you used when placing the order. All items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Im afraid we no not offer refunds or returns on items that have been opened unless the item is faulty.
We will ask for your name, address, email and invoice number as proof of purchase so please have this handy when you get in touch.
What if an Item I Have Received is Faulty?
First of all we are sorry that this has happened and we will sort this out asap for you. If you are unfortunate to receive an item that is broken when you receive it then simply contact us within 14 days and we send out a replacement once the broken item is returned.
Delivery Charges
If you are wanting to send back an item within the 14 day period for a refund then you will need to pay the shipping charges however if the item is faulty then we will arrange a collection from your address.
If You Have an Item Needing Repaired Under Warranty
If you have an item which becomes faulty within the warranty period then you can either contact us and we can help with sorting this our for you which might mean we will take it off your hands or arrange for the manufacturer to collect and return to you. Give us a call if you have any warranty issues.
In the circumstance that we make a mistake and ship the wrong item then first of all “Sorry!” and of course we will arrange for the item to be collected from your address at our expense and ship the correct item asap.
